BEWARE!!! I actually went through the Eastpoint mi office. Paid my 99.00, every place was horrible, nobody called me back or it wasn't in fact for rent. I abided by ALL of the contract ""rules"" sent my refund request with all required info on 3/13/2014, I was told today that ""something"" was sent to me ""sometime"" last week but they didn't know what that ""something"" was. I called the Southfield office since it seems that is their headquarters, and reached an alleged customer service rep who proceeded with this, "" you need to call the Eastpoint office b**ch,i responded with WHAT? she replied with""yeah and yo mommas a f**king b**ch you f**king a**hole"" before slamming down the phone when I requested information about my refund request. This place claims to help and has a BBB accreditation and a B+ rating. I have contacted the BBB but people beware!!
