Kia is passionate about Subarus. He'll simply guide you with options and choices that he's found over a long experience will give you what you're looking for. He identified for me the things I knew needed work and couple of others that I couldn't see. He was open to staging the work to suit me. He kept all the parts to show me. I noticed a really tiny noise in a new axle a month after service. I mean really tiny - maybe three "clicks" in a whole trip to Sacramento tiny. Kia made an extended test ride up and down Berkeley with me, but we couldn't clearly coax out the noise. A month later he did the same for me again, and then put the car on the lift for additional going-over. Finally a month or two later the noise had progressed - so Kia kept the car for the morning, and when I returned it already had a new axle, no further questions, not charge, no hesitation. It's important to say that I'd chosen originally to have the axle replaced with a rebuilt unit (for a tremendous savings over new) and nothing about the defect reflects on TD Garage. The service I got is the reflection. Everything confirms I've finally found the shop I've been looking for.
