Review content:
""Ann's also helped us immensely. We had an absolutely AWFUL experience with Men's Warehouse. (They managed to have a problem with every single one of our 8 tuxedo rentals!) But Ann's saved the day. My groom's tux was the worst out of all of them unfortunately. The shirt was too big, the jacket sleeves were too little, the tie was stained, etc. We had to have replacements over nighted to the store to try to solve the problem. (See my formal review of Men's Warehouse to get the whole fiasco story!) Anyway... the day of our wedding, my groom was getting ready. He opens the bag after the nightmare at the store, and is putting on his tux only to discover after all the other issues - there is no tie in the bag! Now, we had rented morning suits, aka tuxes with tails and the special tie, so we couldn't just raid the closet for a replacement. (Our wedding was off site, so we didn't even have access to our own ties!)\r
\r
A call was placed in desperation to Ann's Bridal. Even though we didn't rent our tuxes from them, (Only because we had people coming from all over the country and thought Men's Warehouse would be more universal - how wrong we were!) they still brought us a selection of ties to see if we could use any of them.\r
\r
I don't know what we would have done if it hadn't been for Ann's and their superior customer service. Our day wouldn't have been as great, that is for sure!""\r
