Clueless about customer service!! I have worked in retail all my life and this is by far one of the worst/strangest customer service experiences I have ever had... I was greeted by an older lady, Mcsomething?? like that... she was inept as a sales person and it seemed that she had trouble holding a conversation. I am not sure if she was just not paying attn. or would forget things that I asked her from moment to moment. None-the-less i ended up leaving without purchasing anything. The store ownership should really look at the caliber of store talent they hire. I won't be returning to this store and don't see them lasting long in the mall.
