On March 21st I sent the following e-mail to Sean at Palm Springs Hyundai in regards to work they did on my 2013 Sonata the day before. "March 21, 2014 Sean: I am very disappointed in the work that was done on my car yesterday. It is worse than ever. It steers hard and when it drifts left and right it is very hard to correct. The Steering Mode needs to be put back to GLS and you need to find the problem that makes it drift. The technician did not test drive it or he would have found that it was not fixed. The mileage in, was 9966 and the mileage out was 9966. He could not have driven it as he says or the mileage would have changed. This car never drifted until it was serviced by you on October 31st. All cars sold there do not drift. Why does mine now? If you cannot fix the problem I will go to Hyundai in Loma Linda to do the work on the car. Please let me know what you can do about this. The trip to Palm Springs and back is 80 miles. With gas at $4.19/gal I cannot be running back and forth. William C. Taylor R/O Number 6023209/1" I have not heard a word back from them. I hope Hyundai National can find the problem for my cars drifting and get it fixed.
