Ryan was veery helpful on the phone the night before and told me he had a car on the lot that was the right color but wrong model. Ryan called me int he morning to tell me that the car was sold. We stopped by and were looking at the options available and found us a car that was on sale. His quite demeanor made the car by very easy on my wife.
