I had a crown that came loose two years ago, and went in to see Dr. Ricks. He and the staff was very friendly and professional. I had not been in to see Dr. Ricks or any other dentist since then. I could not believe that when I called to make the appointment and when I spoke to Alicia she remembered who I was. I made an appointment for two weeks out, and received a call early this morning about a cancellation and got in to see Dr. Blatter today and got a cleaning. Everyone there was very friendly, professional and again I can't believe that the hygienist also remembered who I was. I am looking forward to all my future treatments. Thanks to all the staff members!
