This place is terrible. They lie and will cheat you.out off all your hard earned money. I gave them.$2050 as a down payment on a car that was severely over priced to begin with. When.I left the lot 30 mins down the rd, a man hit me and totaled the car. It wasn't my fault. Insurance company paid West ridge the book value and I got nothing no money no car and the manager treated us like we were trash. All I wanted was for them to get me in a car without having to pay another down payment since they were not out anything. Nobody was except me. The manager Danny Puckett is a bully and tryed to fight with my huscand when we went down to try and get them.to.help us. Needless to say they never helped he and I ended up having to buy a car somewhere else and save another down payment. Altho I am in. A waybetter car now this is still not right how they did me and I just. Want ppl to be warned before they buy from.them. beware Danny Puckett will get in your face and pick at you untill you want to beat him. Don't do ittho cause it will be your fault according to him. Don't buy from these ppl take half the down paynent you would give them and give it to KIA on tunnel rd for a brand new car no liars no bullies.
