Do not go to this place!!!\r
This HR Block in Monterey Park had been incorrectly doing my Uncle and Aunt’s taxes since 2010. My Uncle and Aunt are in their 90’s and I think they took advantage of them. It was by chance that my husband and I caught the mistake because my Uncle has dementia and could not remember where he had put his returns. This office gave us copies of the returns and did not offer to amend them. To add insult to injury they did not even offer to refund their money for the past 4 years of them doing their taxes incorrectly. My Uncle and Aunt had been paying to the IRS every year when in reality they should have received a refund. After the taxes are amended, they should get back about 5,000.00!!! That is a lot of money to senior citizens who are on a fixed income. People go somewhere else!!!\r
