My experience was great by the sales person Zee & Big John. They were great and helped me get the correct offer for me. What I did want to mention is that the finance guy Juan was extremelly unprofessional. Juan yelled from behind his desk to Big John that the dealer could not help me anymore. He also told my husband, "this is a 30 thousand dollar car, you can't have lower payments", to which my husband replied, "I own a cx-9 which costs more than 30 thousand so you do not need to say anything else to me. This is my 6th car with Cory Fairbanks and I am satisfied. I have purchased a Protege, Tibute, Mazda3, Cx-7, Cx-9 and now Cx-5 from here! I also have a mazda speed3 at home.
