I have a 2008 Toyota Rav 4 that had a factory satellite ready radio which I had to buy a separate Sirius tuner for to get satellite radio. Well, it worked fine for 5 years until just recently when the tuner went bad and I was faced with buying another. Installations Unlimited suggested that I consider one of their Alpine radios for much less. However I decided to purchase a newer factory Toyota radio with a built in tuner and have Installations unlimited install it. I didn't realize that the newer Toyota radios have a proprietary satellite plug that took me several day of internet hunting to find. Anyways I did finally get the special antennae and Installations put it in for me. I'm writing this review to thank Jason especially and his crew for 3 separate visits that were of no cost to me to help me get this radio working and today it is. Those guys helped me out of the jam I created by buying something without thoroughly investigating the product. And for that, I heartily recommend them and will go back for all my car needs!! Thanks Jason!!
