Review content:
Put shortly, Mike (the service manager) is a crook will lie to your face about the condition of your car, while ripping you off on the price you came in for. S**T place, S**T service, AVOID IF POSSIBLE. I am an unbiased source, recent customer, and not a troll. \r \r I went in for a new tire change (x4 I had bought on tirebuyer.com), and was supposed to receive a discount - this was never applied, even though both MUNRO and TIREBUYER have a contractual agreement. In other words, Mike scammed me out of an extra $20. IN ADDITION TO THIS, he tells me that my front brakes are "going extermely thin" (on their last 5-10%) and need changing. Later that week I took off the wheels/brake calipers myself and saw that there was a good 65% left on the pads... what a loser, liar, and just overall bad f***ing person. He lost a future customer on me, and I just hope some smart person considers this review before getting work done at Munro in Danvers.
