Review content:
We contracted Bobs motorhome repair to repair the roof on our motorhome and was promised a 10 year warranty for the roof repair against leaks; transferable. We were promised a ten day repair. after more than a month, several broken promises and several different excuses for the delay, we were told our unit was ready for delivery. We picked up our motorhome and discovered the next day that the cover over our vent was no longer there. We had to return, (yet another 40 minute drive) to have it replaced.\r

We asked for our warranty and was told that the owner couldn't access the computer to print out the warranty. He asked us for our email address and that he would have the warranty to us by noon the next day. AGAIN, he failed to deliver as promised. After several more calls and yet more broken promises, we have yet to receive the promised warranty. I've called during regular business hours several times and no one answered our calls. I guess one of the only dependable things at Bob's Motorhome Rentals is their caller ID.
