I can't say enough about David Lehr Law. I have an adult son who is mentally ill. He has paranoid schizophrenia, and he was gone from home too long and off his meds. Some police came up to him in a parking lot, and he thought they were demons because of his illness. He ended up being arrested, and they were treating him like a criminal. I didn't know what to do. I'm a music teacher. I had a lawyer who I used years ago for a different kind of case, and I asked him who he would recommend to help me. He raved about David, and he gave me his information to see if he would take the case. They had my son up on felony charges as if he was in his right mind, but at the court hearing David was able to get the felony removed so it was just a misdemeanor. And now there's a happy ending. Jeff, my son, is on his medication and living in a halfway house. I'm so happy. He could have been in jail for years, but he's living a halfway normal life. David goes to bat for people. In other words, he does his utmost to help, and he's patient. One time, I stopped by David's office late in the afternoon. I didn't have an appointment, and he had been in court all day. He was tired, but he gave his time freely. He hears you out and listens to the details, which is more than I can say for others. He's very loving. He's Christian, and that makes a different. He's very fair.
