Review content:
This was our first time using D & M Heating & Air Conditioning and they ended up doing 2 things for us on a big project. First they started by putting in a zone heating system, and then they put in a new furnace. It turned out very well.
I went with them to begin with because I had already interviewed another firm to do the same thing and I could just tell that they seemed to be a lot more forthcoming with the costs and what was going to be done. They advised me I could it this way or that way, very clearly, while the other folks seemed to want to hide what it was they were going to do. Their explanation of what they were going to do and the contract that we signed were very clear.
I've already told a couple people about them. The quality of their work and the quality of the product is exemplary and the price is very competitive, in fact it's lower. But I didn't make my choice just on price, but the quality of their work and the advice they gave me was really a motivating factor. We had 2 problems at different times and each time we called them, within only a few hours they arrived on-site and fixed it. The problems didn't happen again.
