My son called in a panic about his car not running. While trying to diagnose the problem over the phone while being 4 hours away, I contacted my partner and askedhim to contact his peeps that were in San Marcos and see if they could recommend a shop to take his car. They recommended Quick Align. I called and spoke with Eric and with his guidance made plans to have the car towed to his shop for evaluation. I recieved a call from Eric by 9:00 the next morning with the diagnosis. I made the decision to sell the vehicle to a salvage yard and made arrangements to have the car sold to a salvage yard. Eric allowed me to keep the vehicle there until I could get a plan together. I was so impressed with the service that when I decided to bring another vehicle down to my college student, I first dropped it off with Eric for a detailed assesment. Eric and his crew went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and gave me a list of items that would need to be looked at. we developed a plan of thing that we we felt needed immediate repair and some items that can be repaired in the future. If you need a shop to take care of automotive repair needs that is fair and honest, and will treatr your student with respect, I recommend Quick Align.
