Ok so here's the deal...most all of the bad reviews are coming from AHS customers. Carolina Plumbing has guidelines just like any other contractor tjat they have to abide by. As far as your ""high prices"" that is not due to Carolina Plumbing, that is due to American Home Shield's rates! I know and guarantee you Rick Dodson is a very negotiable person and in many cases gives his customers discounts. As far as the technicians, I don't know one of them that is not curtious with customers! (make sure you are curtious to them as well) Slandering a company is not the way for them to better serve you! I am recommending Carolina Plumbing, Rick Dodson, and ALL of his technicians because I know just how hard they work for their customers, how well they all do their jobs, and how respectful they all try so very hard to be even with irate customers! Give credit where credit is due! Thanks!
