Lets get the facts straight. For years, and years, and years you have single handedly been screwing contractor after contractor with the same excuses as to why you don't pay your subcontractors. Times up my friend. A few years ago you tried screwing another contractor out plowing $. Maybe you just don't pay your bills. Maybe that's why certain distributors have you on a cash only basis. Maybe that is why your business was not a success. Its unfortunate that you have to be taken to court to pay your bills. Whether we need a shovel, plow, or front end loader, your job was completed....and you just don't pay your bills. you drew up the contract, and did not abide. You should really consider another line of work in the winter time.
