Just... terrible. They are hiring day laborers who don't know how to do what they're hired to do, take shortcuts, and then ask why you write bad reviews online and want you to take them down. We had the duct seal and attic insulation package done, and thank GOD for the oversight of FSL who discovered a shoddy job far short of expectation, and required them to fix them or face removal from the program and/or legal action. We also had a new pool pump and filter installed. We just discovered this weekend that during our pool equipment install, the day laborers they hired who couldn't speak English cut our sprinkler system pipe so that the new pool filter/pump pipes would fit. So when we decide to re-plant the lawn and start using the once-working system, SUPRISE! Pipes are cut! Not to mention that the pump/filter haven't worked properly since day 1, but what are we going to do 2 years later? :(
