I enjoyed spending 3 years at Arboretum, not the old folks home called silver hill but I think now they are called a combination of names because they are owned by the same people maybe? But anyways, the pools was very nice, my apartment was in great shape, maintenance came quickly to fix things and there was never any kind of problem with pests, very clean! They were friendly in the office and there was a little playground for kids to play on as well as a tennis court that was in good shape also. I lived on the 3rd floor and that was also nice having that option! Utes were affordable due to the well built apartments and overall a quiet and nice neighborhood. I highly recommend it! One bad thing that bothered me was all the speed bumps but I guess that was good because it slowed everyone down and made it safer, but still a pain!
