patricia and chuck were very polite and helpful on the phone. Paul Mento did the plumbing work, and his work was excellent. My plumbing presented several challenges and he found a way to solve them all. i also appreciate the extra effort Paul made to make sure all was working perfectly (even my leaky water purifer) and that the area was clean before leaving.
