The Lawnmower Shop of Bound Brook, NJ is one of the poorest run small businesses I have ever experienced in Central New Jersey. The employees are rude and not very knowledgeable regarding the products and services they provide. I've often found myself waiting over 15-20 minutes for a simple answer to a question regarding pricing or inventory. The work that I've had done there is never completed on time. There is never a phone call to let you know that they're behind schedule on their deadlines. After waiting over a month for a part to come in, and being told it should be in within the week, I questioned the clerk about the status of the part. She stated,? We don't make the f***ing parts what do you want us to do about it?" I will never shop at this establishment again and would not recommend them to anyone.
