Wow - its seems that people either love or hate this small business. The 2-3 times I have been there to pick up parts, I had a very good experience. They had what I needed at a very reasonable price. For example I needed a fuel priming bulb for an Echo weedwacker that I bought at home depot 10 years ago. I think it cost me $3. Not bad considering my option was to order it on the internet and wait. What I do notice is the many customers at the store simply don't have a clue about equipment and expect the store to educate them while other customers wait in line. This has got to be one of those frustrating low margin businesses. I'll buy my next piece of new equipment from them and am just glad they have not thrown in the towel. Plus they are open 7-days a week.
