Yes, Eric is an excellent technician, finds the most cost effective way to do the job well at a very reasonable price and shows up on time! I called Indoor Comfort Team to do a tricky job to re-install our window air conditioner with the right bracket. Their price came in under the estimate because they did a work around with our Citiquiet window. Eric discovered black mold in the vent even though we had had the unit cleaned recently by a company I will not use again and cleaned it all out no extra charge.
