My apartment may be small, but I have good neighbors and only having to pay electric is nice. \r

Not that long after I moved in, I lost my job and was on unemployment and had trouble paying my rent on time. The office worked with me for several months making arrangements to pay late so I could get caught up. I felt really bad about my situation, but the office was as supportive and kind as they could be. \r

Parking isn't too bad. I just go with the free parking and sometimes I have to park a couple blocks down when I get home really late, but I still usually get a spot in the lot next to my building. \r

The elevators have been so much better since they updated them. I used to have to take the stairs frequently, but a couple years ago they redid them and it's such an improvement. \r

I like the area, too. There's the park across the street and there are several restaurants nearby and a corner convenience mart a couple blocks down. It's pretty easy to get around.\r

Overall, I'd say this place as been a great place to live
