I was very pleased to see my 13+yr. old light tan -colored carpet came out so very clean! Spots & stains that I thought would never clean well due to the age of the carpet actually did very well, especially since they're in high-traffice areas.The method used was refreshing with a light "orange" scent, dried well as instructed and the crew cleaners were professional, timely, organized and knew the machines/products well. Never having had this carpet professionally cleaned before, I was quite impressed with the end result. I would definitely recommend their services again!
