I am extremely happy with the service I received from Julie, Gerald, and the technicians at Champion. They got me a same day appointment, and accurately determined the cause of the problems with my AC unit. Gerald called me personally after the initial inspection to walk me through the process for getting my system replaced. It was very kind and thoughtful of Gerald to take the time to call me personally, rather than just leave me with a few quotes on paper. Gerald made sure my unit was taken care of swiftly and hassle-free. Gerald and Julie, the receptionist?, are the sole reasons i chose Champion. Thank you, Champion, thank you! And God Bless our veterans! It is an honor to support a veteran owned business!
