I had to have my concrete slab home re-piped. I made the decision to have this done after another plumbing company found three leaks under the slab. I requested three quotes, and when I met with Keith Mc Neill, I was impressed with him and the way he spoke of his loyal team of employees. He assured me that his team would do the job right, and McNeill was only as good as his men. His quote did come in higher than the other ones that I received, but something about the pride that Keith took in his employees made me go with their team.
I was not just satisfied when my job was done! I was clapping and I had to hug both Slade and Mike for doing such an awesome job on the house!! They did very little damage which surprised me, as other plumbers were going to cut through walls, and bust up tile, etc. Not these two. They took their time, and even though they could have made it easier on themselves and done things another way, they choose to work hard, and do as little damage as possible, cleaned up as they went, and they completed the job ahead of schedule.
Having your home re piped is very stressful. Even though Mc Neill was more expensive on the front end, I am sure I saved money by not having to hire a sheet rock person, get new tile installed and patch and paint walls!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Keith and his staff. Everyone was professional and helpful, and they exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds!!
When Slade and Mike left my home, I felt as if I had two new friends!! Thank you all so much for working with me!! I got lucky :)
