Went for lunch took 30 min to get food ordered from lunch menu, wife asked for manager general manager spoke to her and said he would take care of her. Paid the bill he did nothing. When I spoke to him he said I already spoke to your wife and everything is ok. I said you did nothing and he said he thought we had already paid our bill so that was that. I told him that we would never come back and he walked away. I then went to him and asked for his name and he said I'll give you my card, but instead of giving me his card he scribbled his name on a piece of paper he ripped off of something. Again I told him we would never come back and he said I'm the general manager and it would be best for both of us if you never come back here! Very professional. This was on 4/2/14 fridays northgate
