This is the worst place a person could ever live, it is like living in a 3rd world country where the tenants do not have any rights, on a previous review the reviewer stated the PPM was labeled "the thing" which could not be any more true. Completely un-professional, a complete liar, rude, very limited communication skills for working with the public in an office environment, something is wrong when they completely interrupt you in the middle of your sentence, then screams at you when you try and obtain some type of further clarification on an issue you’re having with the complex. This is probably due the PPM not thinking of a lie quick enough to cover their tracks. There are lights out throughout the complex, very unsafe for the women and small children that live there. Floods like crazy when it rains, in the summer the pool is in terrible shape and don't rent a unit next to the dumpster, it smells so bad there it is practically toxic because they only have the garbage collected once a week instead of twice a week. If you want to live in a clean, peaceful and quiet place do not move here. They are very nice when they are trying to rent out the units and earn a leasing commission but once you are living there you will be treated very, very, very, badly.
