Review content:
Very unethical! My daughter-in-law took her little Shih Poo in just for shots. They told her which ones they recommended and she told them which ones she wanted, not all the ones they recommended. They took Belle into a room, did not allow Kristina to accompany her. When they returned her, they had ignored what she said and gave her all the shots they recommended. They also gave her a grooming which was never mentioned or requested and presented her with a bill for $200 demanding she pay immediately. I'm so beyond furious that any Vet would do this. No wonder people are so hesitant to take their pets to the vet if this is the treatment they get. Thanks for taking their grocery money for the week to pad your pockets.
