I give AJ Perri one star for moxie to sell me something at an inflated price. I have been in a family business doing the same thing for 35 years, I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. Perri, thought they had a helpless woman that needed to be rescued that was there first mistake. Second, they handed me an estimate for 12k to change out a boiler, then began the hustle. Well Mam we can take off $1,500.00 for a rebate, we also, will take off a another $1,000.00 because it is a efficient boiler. Oh, and Mam if you sign today we are ready to offer you an additional !0%. and today is a full moon and we are running a special. \r
These people are totally dishonest and if you do not believe me call them for an estimate and ask for an itemized bill. Consumers today must learn how to get a fair deal. Plumbing is one of the few trades that still-- hand the end-user a bottom line price and say take it or leave it. It does not have to be that way educate yourself.......ask for the model they intend to in
