I called them over the weekend and got a very rude female. She was very curt with me with her questions and didn't realy answer my questions at all. I told her what my issue was, and that I wanted to get a quote. She asked me if I was the homeowner and I told her no, she asked if I rented. I told her no, I live in the home with the owner who is deployed at this moment, and wasn't going to be back home until April 2009. She was very rude and told me that she couldn't talk to me about anything, that I would have to have the owner call in. I asked her if she understood that he was in the military on a war ship and he couldn't call. She placed me on hold and came back and told me her manager said I would have to have him call in. I just told her...you mean to tell me that he is out fighing for your freedom, and you can't talk to me about service that I would manage and pay for?
