Woodfin continues to provide superior service for my heating & cooling systems. Today was the second time Adam G came to my house for a service call (different issues several months apart; I want to be clear it's not because he didn't fix something right the first time). He is always professional and courteous. I have found this to be the case with every Woodfin technician that I've dealt with since buying my house 15 years ago. Adam even remembered that the last time he was here was to fix noisy pipes that were right below my daughter's bedroom (and were scaring her at night).
Today I upgraded to the Whole Home plan from my existing furnace/heat pump plans. For an additional $11 a year, I now am covered for plumbing and electrical. And I'm considering switching to Woodfin for my home security system because I'm unhappy with my current provider and have had nothing but positive experiences with Woodfin. Woodfin is fantastic!
