I was VERY specific what I wanted done for my English Springer and they did not even come close. My small son could've done a better job. Had they not cut her nails, trimmed her feet and hacked her ears and tail, I would never had known what I paid for. I even tipped them, much to my dismay. NEVER going back. I'll happily drive to Duluth or Hermantown to get a professional cut for my well-behaved dog!
