Review content:
If you are a single woman, who lives alone, moving here will be a nightmare for you. There have been two burglaries in this apartment complex and one other Edward Rose apartment that I know of. All were single women living alone. It's suspicious. When a maintenance man came over for a problem in my bathroom, he took photos of my television set and kitchen appliances with his phone. I asked him why, and he said it was because he could not find a problem in my bathroom. I have lived here three and a half months. My toilet has flooded my bathroom twice for no apparent reason and clogged about a dozen times. I hardly flush anything down it. I came home to find fecal matter and toilet tissue in my bathtub, pools of water under the sink and a dirty toilet. It smelled. I cleaned up what I could and called the leasing office to tell them what happened. They said someone was going to come over to clean up the mess. When Thomas, the maintenance man came over, he didn't have any cleaning supplies
