skepitcal due to the last review, but very impressed. New mngmnt as of 2/06 has turned the place around creating a great sm community to live in. Any issues we have had with other tenants or maintence have been resolved within 24hours. We had one autopay payment issue which was resolved quickly because we kept all documentation. Error was correct & staff apologized for the mistake. We were offered a $100 incentive and had no issues receiving it. Staff has been great about getting to know their tenants & their needs. They've done easter egg hunts for this kids and have gatherings for the adults. Recently they've just introduced group fitness programs; pilates, yoga, water aerobics and ab lab. The staff has done a great job, however it is still apartment living and you have to deal with inconsiderate neighbors time to time.
