This company needs a lesson in customer service. I thought in business the customer is always king - that satisfaction should be guaranteed. Apparently not at precision irrigation. The salesman that I dealt with was a crook, and the office manager Rebecca rivals the wicked witch of the east. Together they ripped us off for a cool grand for Christmas lights that never worked properly. We were loyal customers for 5 years - using precision for everything - and in the end they showed us exactly the type of company they are - undereducated swindlers with no remorse for stealing from us.
