Review content:
Fashionable Fireplaces has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have failed to communicate in a timely manner, been slow to provide service and today John came into my home for a service call and proceeded to swear at me, throw the box containing my motherboard and yell at both myself and my husband. When I called the main office to discuss my concerns Jack and his wife proceeded to yell and scream at me, use explatives, and inform me that though my parts are under warranty, that now I "would have to pay". Needless to say, I would not recommend this company, I would not let them into your homes. This family demonstrated very similar behaviors and attitudes to another "customer" just last week...we have both filed BBB complaints.
