Avanti Apartments was the home for my family and I for over 2.5 years. From my experience you will not find another apartment complex like this any where in San Diego let alone in Escondido. The management at this location is fantastic and are always on top of there game. Hands down the best in Southern California. Their rates are the best in town for what you get.
