I have mixed feelings about Westchester Square Apts. If I could have given it 2 and a half stars, I would have. It is a nice open layout, with a good amount of space. I love having an in unit washer and dryer. And it's a short drive to the interstate which is nice. But the parking is terrible! People (ourselves included) are constantly parking in spots that aren't appropriate. (parking in the loading zone, handicap parking, along side of the driving path...) But there are just not enough parking spots, and the ones that are available are clear on the other side. And when you have a baby, groceries, or it's freezing out, walking that distance isn't the best option. Also, management is a little slow. They are friendly, which is great, but plan on asking multiple times before something gets done.
