Should have done my homework. Thought the Apartment Ratings dot com reviews were disgruntled evicted tenants. Didn t go to the BBB if I did, I would have saw the F rating. Worst experience ever, where management doesn t know of plumbing problems. Moved in 3/15/12... first flood on 4/6/12... second on 5/15/12 and third on 7/6/12.... Yet management is not aware of plumbing problems... or another s favorite line is toilets will overflow from time to time. I have had 3 toilets spontaneously rupture due to pressure in my unit ( 4/6/12, 5/15/12, and 7/6/12) and 2 from my neighbors which affected my unit as well. All on separate occasions and all enough for a wet vac to be needed. I am no plumber but at 41 years old, I know overflowing toilets don t cause this much damage. \r
