I am an eye patient and had been seeing Dr Kapoor-grover (I like to call her dr Shalini!) for and eye exam for over a year. She spent so much time with me and explained to me my problems in detail. I never felt rushed and I feel she was very knowledgeable about science and eye topics. I am a diabetic and wasnt taking care of my diabetes and she even helped me with my diet and told me how diabetes affects my eye and the rest of my body. I was so thrilled to have a doctor who actually cared about me, spent time listening to me and actually treat me like a team player. She is so cool and very beautiful too (I never seen a doctor look like that) She even told me how to get rid of the wrinkles around my eyes and my acne when I told her that I hated the way they made me look tired. The creams she prescrbed really made a difference, and I was thinking of doing Botox cause I heard it helped. Sadly I returned for my visit for my yearly diabetic exam and got a letter that she had moved to california. I was hoping if anyone knew exactly where Dr Shalini is practicing, I want to pay her a visit and thank her for being the best doctor I have ever had in my life! Thank you Doc! maybe I can still get some good advice. I wish doctors cared like her.
Pros: Knowledge, Great bedside manner, Intelligence, Comfort, Explanations, Spent time with me, makes sure I was satisfied before she let me go, Excellent techniques, Friendly and approachable
