Apartments are grossly overpriced, i have lived in different complex in the same area and you will not find anything different that you wouldn’t find in other complexes at a lower price. The gated community advertised remains to be seen, those gates are constantly broken. \r
If for some reason you do not give notice of your intentions of moving 2 months prior to your contract expiration date, this people will you increase your rent so they will get you to pay more as a penalization for not giving proper notice or for a higher monthly rent.\r
Staff will be courteous until you sign the contract or you bring a problem t their attention, from that moment on, they will be nasty and arrogant. I am filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Consumer affairs and everything in between. I would not be surprised if those excellent reviews are entered by the staff. I totally agree with the bad reviews here, Please check other complexes prior to moving here, it is in your best interest!!!\r
