This establishment is strictly business related. My 13 and 10 year old girls were dropped off by another parent on a Saturday evening. I looked at the website for business hours and weekly events. No where did I see that they close at 8 pm for a staff ""break"". During that ""break"" they kick everyone out of the business. After the staff has a break, you may re-enter the building but they also must re-pay. When my children were dropped off, the lady at the counter said you have 45 min. The children were confused but paid their way in. They have no problem taking money from young children and then making them leave without a parent. When I called the business, I couldn't reach anyone. I left several messages. When someone finally answered the phone, the manager was rude and spoke over me. I told her I didn't see on the website where they closed. She rudely said No your wrong. She welcomed me to come show her where I didn't see where they closed. She gave me her first name but refused to give me her last due to policy. For so many reasons I find this business unsafe for kids unless you stay and are with them. They refused to give the children their money back and the disrespect from the manager proves this is an establishment that doesn't hold themselves accountable for anything.
