Review content:
My experience with Action has been great. I have been burned by two other management companies in my previous community, but I just moved into a new community and Action has been a breath of fresh air. I've talked to live people (not voice mails) when I have called, professional, polite people have talked to me, have addressed my questions and have followed up to make sure I was happy. I was surprised by their follow through! That was not my experience with the other two companies.
