The Madame Baltimore sandwich was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. Five stars for that! Unfortunately, my chai latte arrived without the shot of espresso I clearly paid for and requested as part of the Grub Hub menu options. The order arrived within about 40 minutes, so the delivery time was reasonable. I just have the sense that this place is not exactly a tight ship when it comes to getting orders right (nor do they really care to be), so until they prove that they can get a chai latte with espresso right, I have to fairly and solidly stick to three stars. Also, in the past, when I ordered in person on a weekday afternoon, the girl working was flat out rude. Haven't seen her the past few times I was there, so hopefully, the owner figured it out. Also, when I ordered in person, the bagels were wet. Twice. Seriously. Why were the bagels wet? To conclude, this place get three stars on the merits of the excellent Madame Baltimore sandwich alone.
