Red Bank Hospital is HORRIBLE! Like most of the other reviews on other sites, we have the similar complaint where they take your money and don't truly care about your pet. In our case the cost has been about $7000. Our dog had surgery at the Tinton Falls (that was wonderful - Dr. Davis was amazing) and then had to he be rushed to their Hillsborough ER due to still showing symptoms. Dr. Creighton kept him overnight, ran three more tests, called to tell us what the results were and said she needed to do more investigation. That was two weeks ago, and five voicemails (me to her) plus multiple calls to both the Hillsborough and Tinton Falls office later. In the time she hasn't called me back, I've spoken to other doctors not familiar with the case who try to help but also tell me I need to speak with Dr. Creighton. I get that there are other emergencies and we aren't a priority, but two weeks without even a call back?? Even just to say, ""We don't know what's wrong, we're stumped. We don't know what else to do."" I will be pulling our dog's records and never going there again. I've also warned the NJ rescue groups I work with.\r
