Businiess name:  Agnes Strecker Dance Studio
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Agnes's bookkeeping is awful! She doesn't keep accurate books and often doesn't record payments. Consequently she keeps billing incorrectly. She's owed us $95 for 8 months - which we can prove with the checks she cashed. After leaving numerous phone calls and emails to her, she never once responded us. So we are taking her to court and notifying the Mass Better Business Bureau.\r \r Additionally, she cancelled our daughters tap class after 5 lessons. This is after we had already bought both our daughters tap shoes and paid for the recital costumes. She claimed she wasn't making any money on the class as there were only 4 students in it, according to the instructor. But Agnes knew how many students were enrolled before the class started. She should've either cancelled the class before it started and we spent money on the tap shoes and costumes, or finished the entire class. It broke our 7 year olds heart to have the class cancelled. \r \r Shame on Agnes Strecker. Again, she never once responded to any emails or phone calls about the situation. She never responds.
