Bad place to get your taxes done there. I ask Patrica to go over my taxes and she said they don't have the time. When I ask why? She said they have over 5,000. clients and they just don't have the time to review it with me. I said for real... Then she said, I'm Being difficult client. How am I being a difficult client when I just want her to review it with me and my husband. Very bad customer services and I will not be going back there. I'm not saying she did my taxes wrong. I just have a couple questions and I would like her to explain it to me and my husband.
